Lune Cushion Crafts make some of the items shown in the online shop, we buy in the printed fabrics.
All images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product received. Colours of some items may vary due to our basic photography skills . If you purchase a personalised/photo cushion cover we will return the photo if sent via Royal Mail and if by email we delete when cover has been made.
All stock and prices are subject to availability.
All prices are in UK Pounds sterling .
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Complaints should be made via email, email@example.com, and will be acknowledged within 7 working days. Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Lune Cushion Crafts permission to do so.
If Lune Cushion Crafts has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, or we are unable to send to your requested delivery address, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we are unable to send an item to you we will let you know when we can, if not we will remove the missing product from your order.

Orders returned 'Not Called For'(or similar) by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt of the returned goods at our offices, not including our outgoing postage costs. We will notify you that the goods have been returned and the order effectively cancelled. You can then reorder the goods if they are still required.
If an order is not received you must notify Lune Cushion Crafts via email, firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Lune Cushion Crafts will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
